    For two days, our experienced guides will lead guests on walks through the Paro Valley, incorporating four defining attractions: the Taktsang ‘Tiger’s Nest’ Monastery, the  National Museum, Drukgyel Dzong and a visit to the ancient temple of Kyichu Lhakhang.

    In addition, guests have time to relax at Uma Paro, with the package including one COMO Shambhala massage per person and accommodation with full board (excluding beverages).

  • Himalayan Discovery

    Using Uma Paro as your comfortable base –  full-board is included – our experienced guides lead guests through the Paro Valley on two separate day walks, incorporating Taktsang ‘Tiger’s Nest’ Monastery and Drukyel Dzong. 

    Guests may enjoy morning puja, or worship, in a local monastery and also spend a day exploring the remote Haa Valley, carpeted in flowers and pine. Combine with a free day to either relax at Uma Paro, with a COMO Shambhala massage, or visit Thimpu.

    In this five-night package – four nights at Uma Paro and one night at a wilderness camp – you get to explore the Paro Valley on two separate day walks. Sites include the National Museum, Drukyel Dzong and a visit to the ancient temple of Kyichu Lhakhang.

    Participate in a morning puja, or worship, in a local monastery and also spend a day exploring the remote Haa Valley. Then an exciting two-day overnight camping trek with a night in a magnificently located wilderness campsite and a visit to Tiger’s Nest.
