Bukhari

Bukhari is housed in a circular pavilion set among tall pine trees with a fireplace at its centre. Menus are presided over by New Zealander Jillene Slui, previously with Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and offer wines, beers and spirits in our lounge and bar. It is a relaxed, private space offering both à la carte and set menu choices. Cuisines range from healthy COMO Shambhala eating to Indian, Bhutanese and Western.

Dishes might include handmade linguine with poached egg, forest mushrooms and new season asparagus. Seasonal breakfast dishes include local buckwheat pancakes with Bumthang honey, lime and maple syrup. Dishes are served according to seasons and availability.
